Patients availing dental benefits under government panels must present active medical cards, Aadhaar cards, and valid dispensaries referral slips at the clinic front desk prior to starting consultations. Subsidized charges are set strictly in accordance with panel-approved rate charts.
All clinical quotes and pricing adjustments are disclosed transparently to patients in advance. Payment for fillings, root canals, zirconia crowns, implants, or braces must be completed in accordance with the billing timeline agreed upon before launching treatment procedures.
